Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager for a ten-month part-time contract role from Sept 2026 - June 2027 with possibility of extension. The program manager will primarily support two critical new grant-funded programs: The Nitzotz Jewish Embodiment Teaching Fellowship (national and local); and Abracadabra: School of Practical Magic (local/Cleveland-based). They will also contribute limited general support to our online and Cleveland-based Studio Mitsui programs, and Mitsui Institute for Jewish Embodiment programs and projects.

  1. First round — In-depth application including a short video introduction, three written response questions, and three video response questions. We estimate this process will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. 

  2. Second Round — live video or in-person interview* with members of the Mitsui team (45-60 min) 

You may also be asked to submit one or more work samples from prior projects demonstrating success in the types of roles and responsibilities needed for this position. Applicants invited for a final round interview will also be asked to submit three references whom we may contact.
